
Bernard M. Rethore
PartnerBernie is a Partner in the firm's Phoenix office and a member of the firm's estate planning and corporate governance group focusing his practice in the area of wealth transfer and preservation, including general and sophisticated estate and tax planning, charitable estate planning, private foundations, family limited partnerships, asset preservation planning as well as business transition and continuation plans. In addition, Bernie advises charitable organizations and high net worth private donors regarding a variety of income, estate, retirement and gift tax issues. He regularly teaches courses on these topics to principals of charitable and nonprofit organizations, his colleagues in the legal and financial fields, and the general public.
